A: Any local service that is being provided can be cancelled one hour prior to the pickup time. For out of state service cancellation is possible 4 hours prior to the pickup time. After this, it will be considered a late-cancellation and subject to the full rate as the driver and vehicle have already been dispatched to your pickup.
